SherpaReport Launches New Report: ‘Destination Clubs – A Guide for Prospective Members’

Newton, MA (PRWEB) June 26, 2007

SherpaReport, a leading online publication about destination clubs and luxury fractional property, today announced the release of “Destination Clubs – A Guide for Prospective Members”. This free 60 page report describes the features and benefits of destination clubs and is an invaluable tool in determining whether a destination club makes sense for you and your family. The reports in-depth insight, analysis and background are designed to help make this assessment.

Destination clubs provide members with exclusive access to a portfolio of luxury vacation homes. For discriminating families and corporations, destination clubs are an increasingly popular alternative to second homes, luxury hotels and villa rentals. Depending on the club, the homes can vary in value from under $ 1m to between $ 5m and $ 10m. The clubs also provide a high level of services to ensure that their members enjoy their vacations.

SherpaReport has spent several months of intense research compiling the report. It contains information and analysis compiled from numerous sources, including club executives and members, the clubs literature, third-party narratives, and SherpaReport’s own examination and analysis of how the clubs have evolved over the last few years. “We really wanted to help people with their destination club research,” said Nick Copley, President of SherpaReport, “So we’ve done most of the research for them.”

Newcomers to destination clubs will appreciate the overview of destination clubs and descriptions of the five star amenities and services that you can expect from them. Potential members who are further along in their research will value the series of due diligence questions to ask a club.

By reading the report you will learn about:

The characteristics of destination clubs
The luxury services and amenities
Comparisons to alternatives
Costs and costs per night
Key questions to ask prior to joining
Profiles of the leading clubs

Lake County’s New Premiere Dance Venue, Dress Up & Dance, Announces Summer Schedule

Dress Up & Dance, Lake County’s newest dance venue, kicked off its summer schedule on Friday, July 29, 2011, with its Friday Night Swing Event.

The club, which opened in mid-June, offers a safe, non-alcoholic environment for dancers and non-dancers alike to gather, socialize, and dance. Their summer schedule started on July 29 with Friday Night Swing, a night of East Coast Swing and basic ballroom dances such as foxtrot and waltz. The event began with a one-hour lesson at 8pm, and dancing extends until 1am. Cover charges are affordable at only $ 15, which includes a complimentary beverage. All snacks and beverages after that are $ 1 each and include candy bars, salty snacks, cold water, and sparkling juices. Many of the scheduled events offer $ 10 cover to the first fifteen people.

“For a long time I have believed that the Lake County area needs an elegant, safe place for people to gather,” says owner Angela Hill. “Being able to open these doors to such a terrific variety of dancers, styles, and skill levels, is truly a dream come true.”

Other events include Latin Night (August 6) and Swing & More (August 13 & 27). Each event will begin with a one-hour lesson taught by local dance couples. Groups and individuals can also reserve the club on Friday nights for private events such as Meet Up groups or closed parties. Dress code strongly encourages party attire, and does not allow gym shoes, ball caps, or casual clothing.
